Orders are placed in advance for pick-up or delivery on Friday and Saturday. Due to our structure as a catering company, we do not offer same day ordering. This is a great way to make sure your meals are planned in advance so you don’t have to think about it later! To be kept up-to-date about our schedule and menu offerings, please add your email here.
How to place an order from an online browser:
*** Read all instructions before proceeding to Toast Ordering Page
- Go to the Forklift Provisions Toast Ordering Page.
- Click on the edit pencil below the top image.
- Select Pick-up or Delivery
- If you select pick-up, please select your preferred date and time. You may have to click on the date and time to confirm even if the system defaults to your preferred date and time.
- If you select delivery, please enter your address first to confirm you are in our delivery range. If so, select your preferred date and time.
- Once the correct information is selected, the “Update” button will change to blue. Click the blue “Update” button to continue
- Confirm that you are selecting items for the correct week. If items show as “Out of Stock” or you are looking at FAQ, go to “Choose a Menu” and select the correct week.
- Add items to your cart.
- If you open an item and it will not add to your cart, please make sure you’ve selected all “required” options within that item.
- Items added to your cart will appear in the right hand column under “Your Order”.
- Once your cart is complete, proceed to Checkout.
- Fill in the rest of your information here.
- The date, time, and method of receipt (delivery/pick-up) of your order will be listed at the top of the page.
- You can confirm your order on this page by clicking on the “Your Order” line. A dropdown list of your order will appear.
- Click Submit.
- Confirm that you received an email confirmation to the email address you provided.
- If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at provisions@forkliftcatering.com.
- Sit back, relax, and get excited about the delicious food coming your way!
How to place an order from the Toast App:
- Open the Toast App and search for Forklift Provisions.
- Click on the “Schedule a delivery” button at the top.
- Select Pick-up or Delivery from the Order Options
- If you select pick-up, select “Set Pickup Options”. From here, you will need to “Choose Pickup Time” which will be a red box at the bottom. Note that on the app you will have to scroll to the next available date. This will be the subsequent Friday or Saturday on the calendar. Other dates will be listed as “unavailable.”
- If you select delivery, please enter your address first to confirm you are in our delivery range. If so, select ”Set Delivery Options.” From here, you will need to “Choose Delivery Time” which will be a red box at the bottom. Note that on the app you will have to scroll to the next available date. This will be the subsequent Friday or Saturday on the calendar. Other dates will be listed as “unavailable.”
- Confirm that the method of receipt, date, and time are correct.
- Confirm that you are selecting items for the correct week. If items show as “Out of Stock” or you are looking at FAQ, select the correct date from the boxes below the image. The selected box will be highlighted in red.
- Add items to your cart.
- If you receive an error message while adding items to the cart, review the options to ensure you have all “required” modifiers selected.
- To review your order, click “View Cart” at the bottom of the page.
- Once your cart is complete, click “Place Order.
- If you do not already have an account setup, you may be asked to do this at this time. Fill in the rest of your information here as needed
- Click Place Order.
- Confirm that you received an email confirmation to the email address you provided.
